Almost too good that it makes me nervous to even talk about it!
He had a rough couple days but has been doing great since.
He got sick and his feeding tube came out. Since he was feeling better and still eating we opted to leave the feeding tube out. As long as he continues to eat and drink he won’t need it replaced!
His pain is mild and he hasn’t required any pain medicine for a couple days.
We are on day 7 of ANC at Zero. But his cultures came back negative for no infections! 🙏🏻 He is still on Vory (a strong antibiotic) twice a day from his previous infections last round. I believe that and all the prayers are keeping him protected this round. It’s so nice to see him feeling so well! We have been passing the time eating, playing trouble, going on walks, talking to babies, playing in the play room, playing video games and watching movies, and scaring the nurses.
And today we made protein shakes together.
It’s so amazing seeing him so well compared to the last two rounds! Praise the Lord because Jackson Definitely deserves an easy round!
